Question 1

Is there a surcharge for remote areas or buildings without a lift?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Village houses, walk-up buildings, or floors without direct lift access may incur a reasonable handling surcharge depending on the situation. This will be clearly stated in the quote with no hidden charges.

Question 2

What happens if parts are found missing during assembly?

Accepted Answer

Our technician will do their best to complete the job using spare universal parts. If a special custom part is missing, the technician will first assemble the main structure and explain the situation. Once you obtain the missing part, a follow-up visit can be arranged separately (an additional travel fee applies).

Question 3

Will you help clear away the packaging and cardboard after assembly?

Accepted Answer

The basic quote does not include waste removal. If you need help clearing and disposing of foam or cardboard, please let us know when requesting a quote — a clearance fee will be charged based on the volume.

Question 4

How do I pay? Is a deposit required?

Accepted Answer

For small jobs, simply settle by cash, PayMe or FPS after inspection upon completion. Large projects (such as whole-home or office furniture) require a 50% deposit.
